What we require.

  • You complete a provided SM questionnaire to define the brief

  • You send an existing layout with dimensions. This could be from an estate agent or surveyor for example.

  • One floor plan only

  • International service

  • Contact us to book

Process.

  • We provide a revised layout within two weeks of receiving your questionnaire and existing layout.

  • You provide comments/mark ups which we review and revise the layout.

  • If you do not have an existing floor plan please contact us.

Deliverables.

  • Final layout is provided two weeks following receipt of comments. We will annotate the layout with Jayne’s thought process and decisions for how the design has been developed.
